2026.2 U2 supersedes 2026.2 U1

For BMA V3 and BMA TLC V3, this update supersedes 2026.2 U1 and resolves the mobile data connectivity limitation identified in that release. Updating to U2 is required, and prompt installation is strongly recommended. For more information, see the incident report.

This update improves mobile connectivity for BMA V3 and BMA TLC V3 devices.

Mobile connectivity

  • LTE and GSM (EDGE) support: Devices can use both LTE and GSM (EDGE) where required by the mobile network. This addresses the connectivity issue identified with the LTE-only configuration in 2026.2 U1.
  • More reliable network scans: The network-scan timeout has been extended to up to five minutes, allowing more time for available operators to be detected.
  • Improved connection resilience: Mobile-network handling has been strengthened to improve reliability when establishing and recovering data connections.
